Scrapbook.live is a personal gig memory scrapbook. The service is operated by Mega Seating Plan Ltd, trading as Scrapbook.live.

• Your email address and a hashed (bcrypt) version of your password when you create an account.
• A public display name and URL slug for your scrapbook.
• Ticket information you add: artist, venue, date, price, and optionally the raw text of ticket confirmation emails you paste in.

Solely to provide the service — your account, your scrapbook, and the ability to log in. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

Lawful basis (GDPR): Processing of your email, password, and ticket data is necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you create an account (Article 6(1)(b)). Cookieless analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in understanding how the service is used (Article 6(1)(f)), in a way that does not affect your privacy.

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Ticket email text you paste in is sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to extract structured ticket details. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing.

We use Vercel Analytics to measure page traffic. This is cookieless and collects no personally identifiable information. Vercel's privacy policy applies.

Your account data and tickets are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing hello@scrapbook.live.

Login sessions expire automatically after 30 days and are periodically purged from our database.

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@scrapbook.live.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is stored in a managed cloud database located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
